My lion information report

Lions are big carnivorous cats. There are twelve sub-species of lions for example liger, tigon, leopon, jagilion and the rarest sub-species the lijagulep.

They mostly eat zebra and gazelle but sometimes can catch a small elephant or water buffalo. Lionesses catch over 60% of all the food for there pride. Lions drink up to twelve litres of water a day.

Lions live to 12 to 14 years in the wild and 14 to 16 in captivity. Lions live in forests and grassland in Africa and parts of Asia, lions can be gold, grey and brown they are closely related to tigers. Only male lions have manes.

In the future lions will be highly endangered if people keep taking there land, but if wild life reserves take good care of lions they might not be highly endangered.

2009 Goals

I'm trying to improve on my work, by tidying my handwriting, using bigger spaces and making my work clearer.

My other goal is to get my maths better by practising on tutpup, doing my basic facts and finishing maths activities.

My final goal is be more respectful in class by listening to the speaker, not talking on the mat or disrupting the class.
